Senior Research Associate Position: Laboratory of Professor Lijun Bi, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences

The Institute of Biophysics (IBP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), invites applications for a Senior Research Associate position in the Laboratory ofProfessor Lijun Bi to work on the immunology of tuberculosis (Mycobacterium tuberculosis).

We seek an exceptional and innovative scientist who has expertise and a record of accomplishment in research areas related to tuberculosis immunology, vaccine development or translational medicine.

The appointment will be at associate or full professor level depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates should be under 40 years of age, and are expected to hold a Ph.D. degree, to have at least four years postdoctoral research experience and an excellent publication record. Institutional start-up funds and an attractive salary (in line with the qualifications of the selected candidate) will be provided. The position offers access to state-of-the-art core facilities and extensive opportunities for collaboration.
