IBP's magnetoencephalography project reaches the final of 2020 UCAS innovation and entrepreneurship competition

The final of the 2020 "UCAS Cup" innovation and entrepreneurship competition was held on Oct 25 at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). This year's event was co-organized by the UCAS, Huairou District People's Government of Beijing Municipality and the Beijing Huairou Science City Administration.
The atomic magnetometer magnetoencephalogram project by the Institute of Biophysics (IBP) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) got through to the competition's final, winning the third prize.
The competition, which was launched in May, was composed of five contests with themes including new-generation information technology; new materials; intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment; biomedicine and health care; new energy and energy conservation; and environmental protection. It attracted nearly 200 projects from the CAS institutes, the UCAS and related enterprises.
