The program supports high level cooperation and exchange projects to promote national science and technology innovation capabilities, to speed up the high-tech industrialization process, to meet national demands and solve urgent bottleneck technological problems, and to promote national economic and social sustainable development.

 

 　　 Inter-governmental S&T Cooperation Projects

Projects are initiated under the international science and technology cooperation treaties concluded between the Ministry of Science and Technology, on behalf of the Chinese Government, and foreign governments or international organizations.
