The main research focus of Dr.Xu?s group is on structural studies of gene expression and regulation. Two themes of investigation include epigenetic control of gene transcription and mRNA processing.

We are looking for highly motivated persons to fill several post-doc positions in Dr.Xu's laboratoryat  the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing).

Candidates should have a PhD degree in biology or related field. Strong background in molecular biology, cell biology or structural biology is required (Individuals with background in yeast molecular genetics, eukaryotic protein expression systems, and enzymology will be given preferential considerations). Good communication skills, publication track record and a good command of spoken and written English are preferred.
