Postdoctoral research fellows and an associate professor position are available immediately at Dr. Qin's Laboratory at the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Our general research interests focus on the areas of the progress of protein translation: the molecular basis of translation; the system of translation in vitro; the back-translocation phenomenon and its molecular mechanism; the structure resolution (cryoEM) of ribosome complex; and antibiotics aimed at ribosome.

The successful candidates should have Ph.D or M.D in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology or related fields. Doctoral or postdoctoral training in excellent labs is strongly required. Good communication skills, publication track record and a good command of spoken and written English are preferred. Good abilities of organization and coordination are also required.
