Several postdoc and research assistant positions are available in the laboratory of Dr Yong Tian to study the mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases using gene targeting strategy. The in vitro differentiation system based on mouse Embryonic Stem (ES) cells and in vivo approaches will also be used.

The laboratory is well funded in Laboratory Animal Center at Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The past experience in the related fields (e.g. gene knock-out, embryonic stem cells culture and differentiation) is highly desirable. Successful candidates should be proficient in both written Chinese and English.
