Research Interest My research interests focus on the development of novel fluorescence super-resolution microscope imaging technology mainly based on structured light illumination super-resolution fluorescence microscope. We optimize and innovate imaging technology from the aspects of temporal-spatial resolution, imaging time, imaging depth, etc., and apply these technologies to study the functional interactionsbetween organelles, cellular mechanical behavior and biological activities of tissues.
