Our group conducts systematic basic research on hematopoietic development, disease pathogenesis, and therapeutic interventions. The main research areas include:
1. Regulatory mechanisms of hematopoietic stem cell function and lineage differentiation;
2. Pathogenic mechanisms underlying the initiation and progression of hematologic malignancies, and the discovery of novel diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets;
3. Mechanisms of drug resistance and development of new targeted therapeutic strategies.
