1. Strengthening the guidance of moral education and ideological and political works for graduates;

2. Participating in discussions and deciding on some important rules and regulations in the management of graduate students;

3. Considering the allocation of graduate students enrollment and the formulation and implementation of the admission plan;

4. Conducting science education to provide graduation internship conditions for students to expand recruitment and improve the quality of students;

5. Making decisions on students and matters that violate regulations of graduate education management.
