IBP Seminar: Functional magnetic resonance imaging in awake non-human primates at high magnetic field

Author: Update time: 2012-05-31

what: Functional magnetic resonance imaging in awake non-human primates at high magnetic field
 who:

Gang Chen, PhD, Instructor

Department of Radiology and Radiological Sciences

Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science, U.S.A.

 when:

2012-06-05, 15:30

where: Lecture Hall in Library, Institute of Biophysics
 Host: WANG Yi,  Professor
More Information: ABSTRAST: Non-human primates have served as an important model for understanding functional brain organization in humans. The ability to conduct functional MRI studies in awake monkeys promises to bridge the gap between human functional imaging studies, which is typically collected in the awake state, and a large body of anatomical, electrophysiological, and functional optical imaging studies in monkeys.
