- Research Interests
1. Focus on the development of cutting-edge new technologies in cryo-superresolution light and electron microscopy to study the structure in situ and function of organelles and related proteins in cells at nanoscale;
2. With multi omics technology, integrating multi-dimensional omics data such as clinical phenotype, genotype and expression profile, analyzing disease related factors from the health and disease population, tissue, cell and molecular levels, to deeply explore the etiology and precise diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as diabetes and respiratory system related diseases;
3. Developing ultrasensitive next generation detection technologies based on small extracellular vesicles-exosomes, to carry out convenient and non-invasive early diagnosis and dynamic monitoring of diseases.
