Research Interests

Chromatin serves as the template for transcription in mammalian cells, which contributes to the regulation of transcription initiation, elongation, RNA splicing, termination and polyadenylation, etc. We study the molecular mechanisms that underlie these complex processes contributed by important chromatin factors.
