- Research Interests
Cancer stem cells (CSCs) possess the ability to self-renew and differentiate. CSCs may contribute to tumor initiation, metastasis, recurrence as well as drug resistance. Our current research interests include studying the molecular mechanisms of liver CSCs self-renewal, discover novel markers of liver CSCs, and provide novel drug targets for personal therapy of liver cancer.
