In the future, IBP will insist on fostering the talents of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, fully implementing education principles to cultivate a young generation with ideals, talents and responsibilities, consistently strive to educate first class international science and technology talents, and consistently contribute to the development of the country's science and education development and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. 

Responsible for management of the Institute's graduate students, including system construction, discipline, admissions, enrollment, training, degree management, graduation, supervisor team construction, and overseas students. Responsible for organizing meetings of the Institute's degree and education committees.

Responsible for graduate and undergraduate students' discipline, teaching staff, scientific research and academic management, coordination of teaching laboratory construction and facility procurement for the College of Life Sciences, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Responsible for graduate and undergraduate students' teaching management, teaching assessment, and discipline assessment for the Institute; responsible for contacting the college's teaching and research offices, coordinating and organizing a range of meetings in areas such as academic committees, teaching committees, teaching supervision committees, course setting coordination, demonstrations, and evaluation.

Responsible for undergraduate admissions, training, graduation and other management duties of the Institute, and carrying out tasks assigned by the Institute leaders.
