Interpretation of the Structure of Cascade Complex in CRISPR System
The research makes an exploration of molecular mechanisms of CRISPR-Cas regarding its antiviral effects, and creates important theoretical reference for the application of CRISPR-Cas, the development of genetic coding and research tools of RNA. Relevant findings were selected as 2015 Cell (China) Annual Academic Papers and put into a CAS list of landmark scientific achievements during the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015).
