The Multi-color Laser Scanning Confocal Fluorescence Microscope(OLYMPUS FV1200)is composed of the electric inverted fluorescence microscopy IX83, four lasers of 405 nm, 473 nm, 559 nm and 635 nm, three fluorescence channels and one light transmission channel, and the FV10-EVA unit for TIRF illumination. The FV1200 can achieve Z-section TIRF imaging, scanning and spectral unmixing with 1 nm resolution, the multicolor fluorescence imaging for the arbitrarily combination of XY, Z, T, scanning. It can be also used for analysis of real-time dynamic fluorescence intensity, and detection of membrane surface fluorescence signal by using TIRF lens combined with single photon detector.
