The X-ray crystallography group has seven sets of X-ray diffraction and data collection system, which are the composed of X-ray generator, focus system, image plate or CCD detectors. All seven systems are listed below.

6. MicroMax007 / VarimaxHF / R-axis IV++ IP

7. MM007HF / Fox3D+ / Mar Sx165 CCD

The X-ray crystallography group has a series of advanced electric focus system with multilayer confocou technique. The output flux of the X-ray is enhanced by the gas helium which is filled in the X-ray path to prevent the X-ray decay by the air gases.

The X-ray diffraction and data collection system has the following applications, protein crystal identification and screening, X-ray diffraction data collection, crystal parameter measuring and crystal structure resolving.
