Platform for high throughput protein expression, purification and crystallization is integrated with several instruments by an automatic robot arm, including the Beckman automatic liquid handling workstation, Cytomat automatic incubator with shaker, Thermo Fisher varioskan flash plate reader, Mosquito protein crystallization robot, and other peripheral instruments. Now this is an automatic line with high efficiency and throughput with several motif as target gene selection, synthesis of target gene, gene cloning, protein expression and purification and protein crystallization. 

High effective protein expression, purification and crystallization with low consumption will be achieved via the usage of this platform. It not only can dissolve two critical questions for protein structure study, but also can establish the automatic line for structure study of membrane protein and protein complex.
