1)　 SARS coronavirus protein structure and drug development

 

 

Base on structural biological study of SARS coronavirus protein (PNAS, 2003; PLoS Biol, 2005; Nat Struct Mol Biol, 2005), since 2006, we carried out in-depth study on the replication and transcription of coronavirus throughout its life cycle. We had significant breakthroughs in finding new targets for drug design, and developing treatment of coronaviral diseases (Curr Pharm Design, 2006; J Mol Biol, 2007; J Virol, 2006, 2008, 2009).
