Excellent human resource is the most important asset. Thus training the new generation of scientists is one of NLB’s missions. Currently, there are 282 graduate students and 24 post doctor fellows in NLB. Each student is enrolled through the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences before starting academic research in NLB.
